The Benefits Training Co. open courses are attended online by participants from a wide range of organisations.
Each live, interactive, two-part or one-part course is led by an experienced trainer on Zoom and includes presentations, games, polls, breakout rooms and other activities.
We always allow extra time for one-to-one discussion with the trainer as we recognise that there can be fewer opportunities for this during online courses.
In-house courses are run specifically for groups.
Our in-house courses can take place with your team online or face-to-face at your venue.
We will always check your organisation’s training needs thoroughly and tailor a bespoke programme to ensure the content matches your learning outcomes.

Benefits Update Webinars
The law governing benefits rules changes frequently. Our quarterly benefits update webinars are 60 minute live events featuring two of our trainers. Attending a course or subject related webinar with us automatically provides you with free access to our update webinars after your course. If you have not attended training with us recently but would like to attend our update webinars, you can purchase our update webinar + advice package or book on to a course.
All our courses include access to our advice service for benefits related questions.
A member of our admin team is present on each of our online courses to welcome and help participants join the meeting, provide technical support within Zoom and ensure everyone has access to the training material.
