What if I know nothing about benefits?

Most of our open courses are online. In-house courses can either take place online (for those organisations with staff who are in different locations) or face-to-face. We have trainers based across the UK and will always try to match the right trainer to the right course.

All of our trainers are proven experts in welfare benefits who have been trained to train by David Stickland, a recognised leader in the field of benefits training, with over ten years experience of designing and delivering similar courses for many of the other national providers. We involve our admin team in the set up and registering of our courses which hopefully makes for a supported, integrated and happy learning experience for all. And all our courses are charged at reasonable prices.

Why choose The Benefits Training Co. over another organisation?

Most of our online courses take place over two consecutive mornings between 9.45am - 12.45pm. Our face-to-face courses take place over one working day between 9.45am and 4.15pm. All our courses include regular breaks.

How long will the course last?

Our courses come in three levels: introductory, standard and advanced/updates. Unless you only have one particular benefit in mind, we suggest you start with an Introduction to Welfare Benefits and move on from there.

No. Whether online or face-to-face, our courses are interactive and engaging and include a variety of different methods to suit all learning styles.
