Benefits made simple

Welfare benefits law is complex. Our high quality, learner-centred courses will simplify the benefits system allowing you to guide your service users through the information maze.

We deliver open and in-house welfare benefits training courses and consultancy to staff working in public, private and community organisations. We offer training on all areas of the benefits and tax credit system, including welfare reform. And all our courses include 12 months ongoing access to our expert advice.

The Benefits Training Company is an independent organisation led by benefits trainer and consultant, David Stickland.
